The challenge
In Uzbek businesses, assignments are often given verbally or by voice note — then forgotten, with unclear owners and no follow-up. On top of that, speech mixes Uzbek and Russian, and names are spelled inconsistently.
What we built
We built a Telegram bot: voice notes are transcribed by Gemini/Google Speech handling mixed Uzbek-Russian speech, then OpenAI cleans the text and extracts concrete tasks. Fuzzy matching recognizes name-spelling variants to find the right employee. Tasks are assigned via inline buttons (accept / in progress / done), overdue items go under automatic watch, and a daily report is delivered.
