2026Concrete Laboratory — a quality-control system
Year
2026
Duration
3 weeks
The challenge
At the plant's lab, cement strength, sieve analysis and concrete recipes were kept by hand — in notebooks and Excel. Finding old results, comparing them and keeping control was hard, and mistakes were common.
What we built
We built a simple system for the lab: cement tests (strength, setting time, fineness), sand and gravel sieve analysis, concrete mix recipes, and automatic moisture correction. Every result is stored, with separate access for lab technicians and management.
Results
01
Cement and aggregate tests stored in one place
02
Concrete mix recipes with automatic moisture correction
03
Separate access for lab technicians and management
