The challenge
Plant operations β from order to mixer-truck delivery β lived on paper and in Excel, while manual bookkeeping stayed open to errors and manipulation. Management had no real-time view of the business.
What we built
We built a modular ERP: production, laboratory, sales, logistics, supply and finance. At its core sits a PostingRules engine β every operational event automatically generates a balanced accounting entry. Around it run a Flutter driver app and four Telegram bots: loyalty, HR recruiting and an AI analytics digest for management.
