Answer the phone
Our founding complaint about this industry is that nobody picks up. Every FOUNDIT client has a named engineer and a number that reaches a human.
Explain it in business language
Every recommendation gets translated into cost, risk and time. If you can't repeat our plan to your business partner, we haven't finished explaining it.
Fix causes, not tickets
A ticket closed twice is a problem we didn't solve. We track repeat issues and spend our own time eliminating them at the root.
Charge what we quoted
Fixed prices, agreed in writing before work starts. If we underestimated, that's our lesson to pay for β not your invoice to absorb.
