The challenge
The biggest pain in installment retail is payment control: who owes what and when, who is overdue, what balance remains per contract. In notebooks and Excel, overdue payments slip through and the books get tangled.
What we built
We built an ERP shaped around the shop's workflow: a customer registry, installment contracts, automatic payment schedules, overdue tracking, inventory and sales accounting, and a daily cash desk. It was rolled out to three independent retail chains and runs their daily trade.
