The challenge
A paper logbook gave no visibility into subscription terms, debts or real attendance. The club also needed reception-free entry and cashless payments.
What we built
We built the system on Django + React: members, plans, subscriptions, guest payments and a dashboard. Each member gets a QR code — scanned at the door on a kiosk-mode screen, attendance logs itself. Payme and Click integrations handle cashless payments, and a Telegram bot keeps members in touch.
