The challenge
Small construction firms track site expenses in notebooks and Telegram chats: how much came in per agreement, what was paid to workers, what a site's profit is — nobody has exact answers.
What we built
We built a multi-tenant Django backend: companies, clients, projects, agreements, workers and finance modules. The Flutter app on Riverpod + go_router was prepared for the App Store with iOS provisioning and Fastlane, alongside a React web panel and web-push notifications.
