The challenge
Hiring at the growing company ran on phone calls and acquaintances: there was no systematic way to collect, screen and route candidates across branches.
What we built
We built the careers portal on Laravel: company, team and branch pages, vacancies for branch and office roles, and a complete online application form. Candidates now arrive in one stream that HR reviews systematically.
