The problem
Site money was lost in notebooks and chats.
- Nobody knows what each agreement brought in
- Worker payouts are never exact
- No one knows a site's real profit

The problem
Hisob — financial control for construction firms
Small construction firms track site expenses in notebooks and Telegram chats: how much came in per agreement, what was paid to workers, what a site's profit is — nobody has exact answers.
Before
After
- Notebooks and Telegram notesAll records in one app
- Scattered payoutsEvery payout tied to a worker
- Profit by guessworkExact profit per site
The solution
How we made it simple
- 01
Gave every firm its own secure space
- 02
Linked sites, agreements, workers and money in one chain
- 03
Shipped a phone app and web panel with notifications
We built a multi-tenant Django backend: companies, clients, projects, agreements, workers and finance modules. The Flutter app on Riverpod + go_router was prepared for the App Store with iOS provisioning and Fastlane, alongside a React web panel and web-push notifications.

The result
Construction-site finances in one app in your pocket
Multi-tenant architecture: every firm in its own space
An App Store-ready Flutter app with a Fastlane pipeline
The full project-agreement-worker-finance chain in one system
“We used to find out which site was profitable at the end of the season. Now I see it on my phone: contracts, worker payouts, expenses — all per site.”
