Telegram bots for business: where to start

In Uzbekistan, your customers don't need another app — they're already in Telegram all day. A bot or Mini App puts your business in the messenger they check fifty times a day. Here's how to start without wasting the budget.
Bot or Mini App?
A bot is a conversation: take an order, answer a question, send a notification. A Mini App is a full interface inside Telegram — storefront, booking calendar, loyalty card. Rule of thumb: if the flow has more than three steps, a Mini App will convert better.
Connect payments from day one
Payme, Click and Uzum all work inside Telegram. A bot that takes orders but not payments only does half the job — the drop-off between 'I'll order' and 'I paid' is where revenue disappears.
Wire it into your CRM
Orders from the bot should land in the same system as orders from the phone and the website. Otherwise you've created one more silo — and one more report that disagrees with the others.
What it costs
A working order bot with payments ships in 2–4 weeks. A Mini App storefront takes 4–8. Both cost a fraction of a native mobile app — and you skip the app-store approval queue entirely.
